  4. Applicant must be enrolled in the ANGKASA Salary Deduction System (SPGA)

  1. Latest Salary Slip
    Ensure your have a soft copy of your latest month’s recent salary slip from your current employer.
  2. NRIC
    Prepare a soft copy of your MyKad for identify verification.
  3. ANGKASA Deduction Form (BPA)
    Ensure you have the completed BPA form, signed and stamped by your employer.
  4. Employer Confirmation Letter
    Provide an Appointment Confirmation Letter from your employer.
